Survey on the Conduct of End-Year (Graduation and Recognition) Rites – Brimestone Academy Inc.
In accordance with DepEd Memorandum No. 43 s. 2022, “schools and Community Learning Centers (CLCs) in Alert Levels 1 and 2 and in consultation with the local government unit as well as parents/guardians may opt to hold a limited face to face or hybrid ceremony with strict compliance to the IATF protocols to give learners a sense of normalcy without risking their health and safety.”
As the school wants to celebrate the achievement and progress of your children in the way that agreed by majority of our stakeholders, our school posted this survey to assess your preferences in this matter. Please read first the following important details regarding with the Conduct Face-to-Face Graduation and Recognition Rites.
- Only the learner and one of his/her parents or guardians are allowed to attend these events.
- All participants are required to wear face mask in the whole duration of the ceremonies.
- Parents are required to present duly signed Consent.
- Face-to-Face Year-End Rites will be postponed or cancelled if our area is classified under COVID-19 Alert Level 3, 4 or 5, on or before the scheduled date for the events.
- Face-to-Face Year-End Rites will be automatically cancelled if the number of attendees can’t cover the operational expenses for these events.
